For companies and clubs, we can provide samples of your preferred garments free of charge enabling you to check the garment, its colour and sizing.

All branding is sampled before being applied to garments - physical embroidery samples and proofs of screen printing designs are supplied.

We are happy to quote, including for grant applications, and to confirm orders before they are acted upon.

Returns


Unbranded products supplied by Logotech can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and packaging, and free of defects. A copy of the original invoice should be included for prompt processing.

The refund can be by cheque, bank direct credit or via your credit card.

Any fault with branded products, in either the garment or branding, should be brought to our notice immediately. Branded garments cannot be returned simply because the wrong garment or size was chosen.

If a fault develops within 3 months, the garment and/or branding will be investigated and fixed or replaced if they have ocurred during normal wear.

Please note that such faults need to be 'naturally occurring' and not the result of unusually rough treament or high temperatures.

If you would like to cancel a credit card transaction after it's sent please contact us via phone, email or fax as soon as possible.
